The director of W&T Australia – Vicki de Prazer is one of Australia’s leading Performance Psychologist, with vast knowledge and experience, and a unique understanding of how to assist the weekend golfer through to elite racing car drivers, or Olympic level Athletes and Teams. Vicki has a particular interest in Performance Excellence in demanding occupations, e.g Politics, Medicine, Law ,and the Arts.

Vicki de Prazer was the first female psychologist appointed to the Australian Institute of Sport; Australia’s world class centre for excellence in Sport and was on the first Olympic Team to have female psychologists,

Vicki is the only female psychologist to have attended three Olympic Games, and a Paralympic Games and currently consults Nationally and Internationally in performance psychology .
