Stress
Stress is experienced by everyone, but often managed very differently. While you might think stress is synonymous with worry, stress is more involved with Changes in our lives.
Anything that causes a change in your life, produces stress. It doesn't matter if it is a "good" change, or a "bad" change, both result in extra or new demands which produce stress. Whether it is finding your dream apartment, getting a new job, moving, beginning a relationship, ending a relationship, losing your job etc;
Even imagined change is stress producing. Physical and Emotional changes, good or bad produce the experience of stress, with the anticipation of or expectation of changes being equally as stressful. See the Walk and Talk Programme – for a unique approach to managing Stress
Stress can also be described in terms of an in balance between our resources and the demands we experience.
